MTB South Tyrol Cup 1994 in Rasen-Antholz (Pustertal Valley)

Some sporting results to follow.
The race weekend in Antholz was partly a mixed bag. Although Röggl Arthur and Rinner Albert clearly won the races in their categories, Ambach Johanna interrupted her run in the lead due to a puncture that she was unable to repair. The good third places of Pircher Urban and Inama Julian in the hobby categories veterans and juniors respectively should be noted. Rohde Hansdieter's second place in the veterans' racing class was also extremely positive. We sadly had to leave the team trophy to the competition this time, partly due to Johanna's cancellation, but also because some of our top athletes were absent.
The next race will take place in a fortnight's time in Prags-Braies, again in the Pustertal Valley. We will be back at the start with a full team and will be able to maintain our leading position.
