South Tyrol Marathon 2005

On Sunday 24 July, 12 Dynamic bikers successfully took part in the South Tyrolean Cycling Marathon.

They started in Bolzano at Waltherplatz. The route continued to Meran, through the Passeier Valley over the Jaufen Pass to Sterzing. From there over the Penser Joch, where everyone had a hard time, to the Sarntal valley with the finish in Sarnthein. The total distance was 134km and 3,100 metres in altitude.

Richard Palma once again proved his strength and won his category. In the internal classification of the DBC he was only beaten by Armin Tschigg, who won the team classification.
