Ski and Snowboard Day in Schöneben

It doesn't always have to be the mountain bike ...

What do bikers actually do in winter ... this is a question almost everyone has asked themselves. The answer is simple: winter sports!
Of course there are a few exceptions who sit in the saddle all year round. But the majority keeps fit with cross-country skiing, skiing and snowboarding, as well as with extended ski tours.

This was the case last weekend, when some coaches and (junior) athletes of the Dynamic Bike Team made their way to the Schöneben ski area in the Upper Vinschgau to spend a winter sports day there. The snowy slopes were made unsafe with skis and snowboards; together with the Eppan Rebels on Snow - who had the same goal that day - they "carved" and "jumped" until the afternoon.

We hope for a few more winter excursions before the new bike season starts in March.
