Hardly any other topic is as important for the sports sector as fair dealings between all parties involved.
When coaches, players, parents and club officials treat each other with respect, everyone emerges victorious.

We parents ..

.. should therefore always remind ourselves:

everyone on the pitch does a lot; children, coaches and referees, whether from their own team or the opposing team. This is true for every sport.
We all pull together.

Therefore we remember the following:

FUN is the priority
For our children, the experience should always come before the result
EVERYONE deserves respect
Our kids, the opponents, coaches and referees
WE ARE ROLE MODELS
Whether we want to or not. Let us also behave like it!
POSITIVE feedback encourages!
