A string of medals for the Dynamic Bike Team at HERO South Tyrol Dolomites 2024

There are probably few of us who don't know the HERO Südtirol Dolomites. For all those who do, it is probably the toughest MTB marathon in the Alps.

Once again this year, some dynamic bikers dared to take part and spread themselves over all 3 available routes:
the short one with 60 km and 3,200 metres in altitude; the medium one with 71 km and 4,100 metres in altitude and the long one with 86 km and 4,500 metres in altitude.

Most of our bikers found themselves on the short circuit, and with great success. It was our U23 athlete Gregor Pinggera, for example, who crossed the finish line in 6th place overall (3rd place in the U23 category) in a time of 3h54. Further podium places were achieved by youth coach Moritz Giuliani in 2nd place (Elite Sport licence), as well as Hannes von Dellemann and Tobias Riegler in 2nd and 3rd place (Hobby Master 1). Great performances at their first appearance by Uli Prast (23rd place Hobby Master 2) and Elmar Egger (19th place Hobby Master 3).
On the middle section, David Cench ran out of energy on the last climb and still made it to the finish in 36th place in his category.
The longest and toughest route with 86 kilometres and 4,500 metres of ascent was tackled by Sanvit junior boss Lorenz Röggl. With a time of 6h08, he finished second in the Hobby Master 2 category.
