First race of the season .. without result

First mountain bike race of the new season:
On Sunday 25 February, the Granfondo Terre di Franciacorta took place in Adro near Brescia. An MTB marathon of just under 40 km in length and a manageable 900 metres in altitude - an ideal pre-season form check.

At the start was our newcomer in the U23 category, Peter Tutzer from Bolzano, who returned to racing this year after an absence of several years.
Unfortunately, his first outing was not crowned with success, as a defect on his rear wheel (flat tyre) became apparent halfway through the race and Piet was unable to continue.
